Me as coach
My coaching biography
I am a coach with a strong business background. I worked for 10 years in a Pharmaceutical Company in Sales, Marketing and the HR Department. The company started as Polish, than bought by American concern and eventually Israelian, went though constant change of its culture. I am currently the owner of a training-coaching company – Coaching House, and I work in association with the Coaching Academy as its Communication Director, trainer and coach. I am also the author of a unique coaching research project “The influence of creative coaching on the development of innovative behaviours at managing staff”.

2006.06. – First ACTP In Poland CTI (Coach Training Institute, USA), The member of International Coach Federation.

Professional experience:
At present: The owner of coaching-training company Coaching House, The Communication Director at Coaching Center. Responsible for launch of new ICF accredited program.
1998 – 2007 Teva Pharmaceuticals Poland (Ivax, Polfa Kutno) - Pharmaceutical Company - Medical Representative, Product Manager, Trainer, Coach – working 10 years in pharmaceutical corporation I worked as representative, where I learned the customer service “in the bones”. I experienced sales from perspective of Brand Manager & my recent position as an internal coach & group trainer.
