We are happy to invite You to our latest project:

"How coaching can influence development of Managers’ innovative thinking and acting Creative coaching"

While working with hundreds of managers we have observed how coaching changes attitudes, behaviors and the approach to solving problems and managing challenges. We have noticed that the coaching process in opposition to consultancy develops the person in a way that allows him to view challenges in a more open, creative manner, deal with problems more independently. Engaging all his recourses and coming up with creative, innovative solutions.

This fact had inspired us to conduct a research project „Influence of coaching on development of innovative behavior of Managers”. The research is a part of a scientific project conducted under the patronage of Łodź University, and professor Krzysztof Szmidt.

The core of the project is the coaching method (in cooperation with accredited coaches of the Coaches Training Institute CTI – one of the highest ranked coaching schools. Methods – co-active and co-creative coaching)

"The problems, we deal with – can not be solved, on the same level of thinking, they were created…"

Albert Einstein

The stages of project:

1. Appointing manager that will have dedicated coaching, and those that will be the control group, that is – will take the creative / innovation test but will not participate in coaching (at least in the first phase of the project)

2. Communicating the programme to the company – project kick off

3. Running creative / innovation test before the coaching process (tests are anonymous, group results are taken into account)

4. Introductory meetings for managers with their future coaches (possibility to change the coach)

5. Coaching process – managers work on their specific needs of their business life (3-5 months, that is 6 – 10 sessions). Employer is informed about the subject of the work.

6. In the middle of the process report to the employer about the number of sessions conducted and progress, without violating privacy.

7. Conducting the creative / innovation tests measuring the level of innovativness / creativity after the coaching process.

8. Presentation of the results

9. The project can be extended with a training for creative problem solutions to a selected group of managers.

10. Project timing – April – December 2008
